Shipping and Delivery Policy

Order Verification Requirement
Immediately following checkout, an automated verification message will be sent to the WhatsApp number provided during registration. Orders will not be fulfilled or processed until explicit confirmation is received via WhatsApp. If an order remains unconfirmed after [Insert Number] days, it will be automatically canceled.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Windows
Exact shipping rates are dynamically calculated and visible on the checkout page prior to payment. Once an order is verified and fulfilled, the delivery timeframes are as follows:
 Cairo and Giza: 1–2 business days.
 Rest of Egypt: 2–5 business days.
Inspection and Package Rejection Policy
To ensure complete transparency, customers are permitted to open and inspect the contents of their package in the presence of the courier before accepting it.
 If you decide not to accept the items upon inspection, you may hand the package back to the courier immediately.
 In the event of a rejected delivery, the customer is strictly required to pay a flat fee of 85 EGP directly to the courier to cover the return shipping costs.
